Değerli Öğrenciler,

2-10 Nisan 2022 tarihlerinde gerçekleşen ara sınavlarına mazereti nedeni ile giremeyen öğrencilerimiz aşağıda yer alan, “ İGÜ Ön lisans ve Lisans Eğitim-Öğretim ve Sınav Yönetmeliği'nin” ilgili maddesinde yer alan hükümler doğrultusunda başvurması koşulu ile yönetim kurulunca uygun görülmesi durumunda mazeret sınavına katılabilirler.

“Madde 25:(4)Değişik:RG-13/6/2018-30450) Mazeretleri nedeniyle ara sınavına giremeyen öğrenciler, mazeretlerini belgelemek kaydıyla mazeretinin sona erdiği tarihten itibaren en geç bir hafta içerisinde bir dilekçe ile ilgili dekanlık/müdürlüğe müracaat ederler. Mazeret süresi sebebiyle devamsız duruma düşen öğrenciye mazeret sınav hakkı verilmez. Mazeretleri ilgili yönetim kurulunca kabul edilen öğrencilerin, akademik takvimde belirtilen tarihlerde mazeret sınavları yapılır. Dönem sonu sınavlarının mazeret sınavı yapılmaz.
 

(5)(Değişik:RG-13/6/2018-30450) Sağlık sorunları nedeniyle mazeret sınavı için alınan sağlık raporlarının tam teşekküllü devlet veya üniversite hastanelerinden alınmış olması gerekir. Raporlu öğrencinin rapor saatinden sonra rapor süresince girdiği sınavlar iptal olur. Rapor saatinden önce girdiği sınavlar iptal olmaz.”

 
Ara sınav mazeret sınavı başvurusu için, ekli form doldurularak ıslak imzalı olarak Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi Dekanlığına/Sekreterliğine bizzat başvuru yapmanız gerekmektedir. 

Önemli not: Sağlık raporlarında tarih, saat, protokol numarası veya barkod bulunması zorunludur. 

Başvurularınızda herhangi bir hak kaybına uğramamanız için bu hususlara dikkat etmeniz büyük önem taşımaktadır.

About 2021-2022 Academic Year Spring Semester Midterm Make-up Exam
 
Dear Students,

Students who could not take the midterm exams that were held on April 2-10, 2022 due to an excuse, can take the make-up exam if they are approved by the board of directors, provided that they apply in accordance with the provisions in the relevant article of the "IGU Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Exam Regulations".

"Article 25:(4)Amendment:OG-13/6/2018-30450) Students who cannot take the midterm exam due to their excuses apply to the relevant dean's office/directorship with a petition within one week at the latest after the expiry of their excuse, provided that they document their excuses. Students who are absent due to the excuse period are not entitled to make-up exams. Make-up exams are held on the dates specified in the academic calendar for students whose excuses are accepted by the relevant administrative board. There is no make-up exam for the final exams.
 
 
(5)(Amendment:OJ-13/6/2018-30450) The medical reports taken for the make-up exam due to health problems must be obtained from full-fledged state or university hospitals. After the report hour, the exams taken by the report student during the reporting period are cancelled. Exams taken before the report time will not be cancelled.”
 
In order to apply for the midterm make-up exam, you have to fill out the attached form and apply personally to the Dean/Secretary of the Faculty of Dentistry with a wet signature.
 
Important note: Health reports must include date, time, protocol number or barcode.
 
It is of great importance that you pay attention to these issues so that you do not lose any rights in your applications.
